Shipping policy

We have partnered with local Australian couriers to provide specialised delivery. Orders placed before midday, on days the store is open, will be delivered same day. Deliveries are not made on Sundays though the store is open for Pickups. Special days (e.g. Mother's Day) may be an exception. Due to the nature of our product, long distance delivery is not available. 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Delivery charges are dependant on distance and are automatically calculated via the Cart. Our goods require careful transport and the prices reflect the quality of delivery.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Delivery is available to most metro Southeast QLD locations. Addresses are validated via the Cart. For locations that do not automatically validate, please contact the store directly via phone.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Orders placed before midday will be made same day (excluding Sundays). Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Specified future delivery dates available. Select from the date picker provided in your store cart or contact the store for more info.
